A Sharpened Man is

Imagine a skillful warrior facing his enemy. He reaches for his sword only to find it rusted and dull. The warrior’s confidence plummets along with any likelihood of victory. A warrior’s sword must be sharpened regularly, just as a man must refine himself daily. Without discipline, we become like the dull blade - fragile, ineffective, and unprepared for life's battles.

Many of us men drift through life relying on our past strengths or experiences, unaware that neglect and programming of bad habits can lead to decline. A National Institute of Health study showed that self-discipline is more predictive of success than IQ or talent. The ability to delay gratification and stick to a routine builds mental toughness, resilience, and confidence.

Discipline is the bridge between who you are and who you want to become. A proven system, support and accountability is how to create and continue with the discipline. It’s why in the Rewired Coaching 90 Day Program, we focus on small, daily habits, awareness, breathwork, and various exercises that rewire the mind for consistency and success.

The ancient Stoics knew this well: "We suffer more in imagination than in reality," Seneca once wrote. The pain of discipline is temporary; the regret of inaction lasts forever.

So, are you sharpening your sword daily, or letting it rust? Start small. Start becoming aware of what’s happening outside of you, inside of you and begin to be intentional on shifting that awareness. A sharpened man is unstoppable.

If you’re ready to start making changes, then let’s connect to discuss where you are and where you want to be, and how this program can help you sharpen your sword.
